Yes, we are a licensed and incorporated business of Alberta. We are insured through Canadian Pet Pro.

Bonded means a contractor (receives money before performing services) pays a third party company to cover payment incidents. Specifically, the un-likelihood that they receive payment and do not complete services, the third party company will reimburse the client. This is especially important for construction companies, and other companies requiring early payment to order supplies. Jog My Dog does not operate this way, so we are insured, and have fidelity bonding through our insurance. Jog My Dog is insured by Canadian Pet Pro, which includes a Dishonesty Endorsement for the un-likelihood a staff member commits fraud, or thefts from a client or company property.

Drop-in bookings and Sleeprovers are paid on or after pet service, clients can pay beforehand if they choose. Only a 50% deposit is required for SleepRovers. This covers our time if you should cancel, when we held a spot for you, and most-likely turned down other clients.

Auto-booking clients however do pay beforehand, and have found we are exceptionally good at performing dog walking services consistently, every single booking. If a service is cancelled, or in-complete, due to our fault- credits are re-applied to the client account for a future invoice, or can be refunded if requested.
